The challenge
Merchant tools usually force a trade-off: a payment app that can't manage orders, or an order app that can't take money. Ensogo wanted both — plus the analytics and records a growing business needs — without the friction of stitching apps together.
That raised the bar in three places: order entry had to be genuinely faster than tapping through a menu (hence voice), payments had to be instant and trusted (VietQR, e-wallet, bank linking, biometric security), and the whole thing had to feel like one coherent app on both iOS and Android — not a bundle of features.
